Clean Power Sales/Campaign to Support Wind Power

Maine Interfaith Power & Light actively supports the creation of wind power in Maine and across the US through product sales and advocacy. As a licensed electricity aggregator, Maine Interfaith Power & Light acts as a “matchmaker” between electricity consumers and suppliers to provide renewable electricity from non-polluting sources including wind and hydro power. As such, Maine Interfaith Power & Light markets electric power supply offset by either wind or hydro-power as well as renewable energy certificates (RECs) sourced from wind power generated in Maine.
